Ordering and Shipping

Prices are shown on Things-Japanese website www.things-japanese.com in Japanese yen.
More than 600 items are available for purchase on-line from our inventory in Japan.
Prices are quoted C&F to the port of choice in Japanese yen.
Payment may be made via TT or L/C, Pay Pal, and most major Credit Cards.
25% of the C&F price must be received within 10 days of confirmation for all items located in Japan
Transshipment is only arranged upon confirmation of the total 50% of the confirmed C&F price.
72 hours is required, before the trans-shipping vessel departs for the processing of the vehicle through US Customs, and for delivery of the vehicle to the shipping line.
Release of all documents and invoicing is made after confirmation of the remaining total 100% of the confirmed C&F price. There is no release of documents without full payment.
Failure to pay the full amount due, as stated above, within a reasonable time after shipment forfeiture of all deposits.
Exceptions: There are some exceptions (Barbados, Dominica, Grenada etc.) where direct shipment from Japan is made due to cost and time constraints. For these markets 50% of the C&F price is due as a deposit prior to shipment, with the final payment (50%) due upon confirmation of shipment and before release of the bills of lading.
